Ah yes, this Starbucks location. It’s weird because there’s one quite literally across the street. Why do I bother to continue to visit this location, perhaps it’s the warm bright personalities I’ve grown accustomed to, maybe it’s familiarity, routine of going into the grocery to pick up odds and ends but somehow end up at the coffee shop. The drinks aren’t anything special, but maybe it’s that little extra love thrown into them. One example is the “SUNRISE TEA,” while it’s excessive and a little eccentric, it has an ascetic to it. Looks colorful, bright and comprises of two parts. Will I go back? I kinda have to.

Closed at 8:40am for employee to take 30 minute break. I understand employees need breaks, but this seems like terrible timing for a coffee shop to be closed.

Horrible service. One person working here. 3 people in one party ordered and she spent the next 15 minutes asking their drinks. The line continued to grow! Why would there EVER only be one person working at a Starbucks??? Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. And that’s saying a lot.

The people working here act like they don’t want to be there and can never get any decent service around there. Either they’re out of something or they won’t take the time to appreciate my business. I’ll take my business over across the street where they have better stuff anyways.
