They were SO friendly. I got a large mocha cookie crumble with caramel al swirled through it on the inside the cup. My son go same minus the caramel. Hmmm umm good. I ended up giving a 8.00 tip. She was shocked she said most jus gives a little bit of change. But she deserved it she was super nice.

They need to learn what customer service is. My wife and i placed our order under "donald and ivanka" as a harmless little joke to ourselves, and they insisted we give them a different name. I had already paid at that time and it was literally the reason i was there. It was my first and last trip to a starbucks. They can go out of business as far as i care. The coffee at mcdonalds is higher quality.

Easily the slowest Starbucks in Evansville/newburgh/Henderson area. Every single time. I avoid Green River Starbucks if possible due to the long wait time.

This Starbucks location is a good spot to hang out and drink coffee. The staff are friendly as well. It can sometimes get loud when it fills up with people, but it's Starbucks so you should not be surprised. They have outdoor seating as well which is great in warmer weather, although it can get loud out there from Green River traffic. All in all, it's a Starbucks and if you are reading this review you probably know what to expect.

Starbucks has become synonymous with being slow and this experience was even worse than normal. It amazes me a company can have a quality, highly sought after product and can screw up the whole thing with poor service.
