Quality of food has gone down considerably over the past months as has the service. Always enjoyed the Hill Top, but the last two times we have eaten there the food was subpar. We've taken out of town family there, and again disappointed.

Hilltop is a wonderful place to go for home style food. The service is great, and the staff are very friendly. You can tell just by how busy it gets but it is worth the wait.
Food was good but the service was terrible. 3rd time was not the charm, will not be back.
