Delightfully good! I’m a huge fan of the lemongrass meatball banh mi - the bread & lil’ extra spicy kick make it so tasty! The staff and service is always great.

Viet Nom Nom is my go-to lunch spot in Evanston. So fresh, healthy, and delicious! Everything is made from scratch and I’ve never had a meal I didn’t love. Family-friendly, too; my toddler drinks their peanut sauce like it’s a milkshake! Best part is: they sell it by the jar. They also have fed thousands of gourmet meals to community members in need during the pandemic, and the owner—who is very hands-on—could not be more passionate about his product, his team, and his community. Highly recommend!

I needed catering for ~50 people (many of whom had dietary restrictions ranging from gluten free to Halal). Alan from Viet Nom Nom worked with me to curate the best options for our group. All of the meals were clearly labeled and everyone was happy with what they got. A wonderful and seamless catering experience.

Had lunch here the other day.
I was disappointed that they no longer have Pho, but, they replaced it with large rice bowls. While these were very good, it's a different type of food altogether.
We started off with shrimp summer rolls (3 per order) that were very fresh and delicious.
Next we had a pork banh mi sandwich that was good but was mostly bread, needed more ingredients.
The green papaya salad was very small and Bland. No flavor stood out for me in this at all.
We ordered pork rice bowls the portion is large and well balanced. This was my favorite out of all the food that we tried.
Everything is made to order with fresh ingredients, so be prepared to wait.
You get your choice of 4-5 different sauces, I really liked the cilentro aioli.
It looks like most of their business is to go, probably because they have a small seating area.
They have three small tables with two chairs and four counter seats inside and there were four tables outside with four chairs.

I think it was a good meal! But I paid a total of $14 with tax for a meal I thought was worth $8 total, which is why I give three stars. The tofu tastes alright at best and the sandwich itself is bland. Again, the food tastes good, but for the price I was expecting better. My friend dined with me and got the coconut fried rice, and she felt like the experience was underwhelming too.

I have worked with Alan and the catering team at Viet Nom Nom for a number of events, and they are a dream to work with! They are really willing to go the extra mile to accommodate any need, and the food is delicious and refreshing, which is a welcome departure from pizza :) Thank you Viet Nom Nom!!!!

Great rice bowl! I got half rice/half spring mix with the lemongrass chicken and it was delicious. Shoutout to the employee with the red glasses for the peanut- soy sauce recommendation :)
