I have eaten here several times and spent a lot of money at this restaurant. On my latest visit, I called my order in 45min ahead of time. I ordered a Whole Chicken Jerk Dinner, a Beef Patty, and Side of Macaroni. When I got to the restaurant the Macaroni was not ready, so I waited another 5 min at the restaurant. Even gave a $2 tip when I paid for my order. And then when I got home I noticed I only had a Half chicken Jerk Dinner. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, and the girl behind the counter was sitting there the whole time while I waited for the Macaroni, and never double checked my order. Its really bad because I don't have the time to go back to the restaurant. I just suggest you check your food before leaving the restaurant if you order here. I hate leaving bad reviews but my hard earned money isn't valued at this restaurant.

Not sure what was going on. My husband and I decided to give this place a try to see if it would improve but went from ok to bland ,not the same seasoning as before. The jerk chicken was under cooked (bloody). The ox tail stew was semi frozen, steam cabbage salty and mixed with quarter cooked collard greens plantains barely cooked and lastly way over priced for the serving. We will not be going back anymore. We just gave up on calling and complaining.

I placed an order through Doordash for 8:25pm because I was at work until 8pm. I have worked in a family owned restaurant. my mom has worked in a restaurant for 10 years. my boyfriend has worked in a restaurant. I've worked for doordash. my boyfriend has worked for doordash. they had my order ready at 7:15. the food was room temperature by the time we got to it. I had to get my boyfriend to stop his workout early and go pick it up. the time is supposed to 1. be on the ticket for the food or 2. be on the actual doordash order. my boyfriend described the place as unwelcoming. the cashier was extremely rude. he said it "definitely is a small, rundown place." I called the restaurant in hopes for them to resolve the issue somehow. the person who picked up the phone just argued with me. I had to call doordash support to get a refund. awful. inconvenient. wish paninos was open but they weren't so we decided to try this place. lots of regret

Kingston grill is my go to for good Caribbean cusine everything on there menu is cooked with love from the jerk chicken to the best curry chicken In the city highly recommended and flavorful curry goat but my reason for this review yesterday I tried the brownstew chicken for the first time and I have got to say I have never in my life tasted anything like that before in my life!! From the flavours to the sauce to the tenderness of the chicken all the way down to the bone I was mind blown! couldn't believe what I was tasting if you don't order this dish you are playing yourself over highly recommended and I will quote this the best brownstew chicken in the country!!

Ordered a half white chicken dinner and when I got home I had 1/4 white and 1/4 dark. This is probably the last time I will dine here. I don't like dark meat and I don't like to waste 22 bucks!!! I'm giving 2 stars because I worked 14 hours and I was hungry and just didn't feel like going all the way back.
