Good atmosphere, good food. Not great, but it is a pub. Great prices, we were surprised when we got the check - especially being in this area.
They had live music when we were there, which was real nice. Not too loud, you could still easily talk to each other.
Service was great, couldn't be happier with the treatment we got.
Highly recommended!

Tis the Irish month and where better to be? I had an avocado chicken salad that was just scrumptious, fresh and didn't have to wait long. Waitress was kind, helped us and had a great smile. 👍 you want to come here.

Live music, great food, awesome pints, amazing staff & ownership team. Can’t ask for more. Love the fish & chips and all the new meal kits they offer!

Loved the authentic food and wonderful service. Enjoyed a dark and tan with bangers and mash, shepherd's pie, and fish and chips. Attentive service made the evening enjoyable.

Nice Evanston neighborhood Irish bar and grill, cannot eat in... but speedy takeout. Went to Whole Foods while I waited. I had their bacon burger and cupcake. Food is good! Hope to dine in soon!

The atmosphere was really cute. The drinks were good and the fries were great. I got a burger and had to send it back to be recooked due to it being underdone (I never send things back but felt uncomfortable eating it). The new burger was better but was very unevenly cooked. I'd reccomend the Celtic knot but I'd suggest not getting a burger.

It was my first time at the Celtic Knot and I couldn’t have been more happy. It was a Tuesday night so it was nice and quite. We were serenaded by the highly enjoyable and soul stylings of Pierce Crask (playing every Tuesday). The food was LEGIT Irish with curry and Black currant Snake Bites. Patrick, our bartender was great and accommodating. Food came out fast even when we ordered extra curry cause DAMN it’s good. The fish and chips were perfect with the right balance of crisp and juicy. I’m excited to go back and try the Shepard Pie and corned beef. Highly recommend!

Live music! My girlfriend and I were so thrilled to have stumbled in on a whim as new residents of Evanston. We loved the vibes and the band. The bartender was also very friendly and personable (he says he works normally works Tuesdays, but happened to be working on a Saturday night).
We'll definitely be back for some food.
