Had an excellent dinner here! Chowder was delicious and the atmosphere is cozy. Left my purse here and was panicked, but they got it to me in such a timely manner and on their day off! Great people!

Wonderful place for a meal, a beverage or a small bite. The staff is very friendly, service was great. Comfortable seating at the bar with ample table seating. Great atmosphere and a good stop in town.

Best food for a brunch in Old Town. Sunday has nice subdued jazz. I like the specials board. Lots of tasty variety. If it's not too crowded, the atmosphere is good, hence the 3 on atmosphere. Recently visited the Green Lilly around the corner but was non plussed when compared to Waterfront.

Nice place for brunch; the food is of great quality and the prices are reasonable. It can be busy and wait times can add up, so be sure to go with plenty of time to relax.

I stopped here for lunch, not expecting too much. Was just looking for some oysters on the half shell. Service by a really nice bearded guy was excellent (sorry I never got your name!) and very friendly. He made a really good off menu recommendation of grilled local fish and the oysters on the half shell were SPECTACULAR. Loved the atmosphere and overall experience. Sadly I took zero photos. Thank you!!

The oysters were small but flavorful. My wife got the fish and chips and the pieces were huge! Plus the breading was so light and crispy.

This is a quaint place to eat...hence the name Cafe Waterfront.
When we arrived, the hostess greeted us and let us know it would be a 15 minute wait. She took our name and cell number. We walked around the waterfront and took in the fresh sea breeze.
We went back into restaurant because I thought I had given the hostess the house number.
Thankful I did not and she was ready to sit us.
The staff was very attentative and the food was good.
We had a bowl of the clam chowder which was savory and thick - the bottom of the spoon still had a coat after each spoon -feeding myself.
The oysters were large, plump and juicy , served with home made cocktail sauce and horseradish (which the gentlman said was as stong as Wasabi) . The cocktail sauce was awesome.
We also had the Combo Plate - a deep fried Charcuterie board like platter of Clam strips, Prawns, Oysters and Scallops with fries , soup or salad. This was perfectly fried and the seafood inside the batter was still hot and moist.
Perfect spot for food, a walk and scenery

Location Authentic old fashioned Victorian style building. Grilled halibut was excellent. Hubby says burger was great! Yummy sourdough bread too :)

We were driving through and decided to stop for an early dinner, we loved it! No wait time since we arrived around 5pm. We were seated right away and our food got to us pretty quickly!
My husband got the chicken parmesan linguine special and I got the chicken Caesar salad. We also got bread and clam chowder to warm up since it was pretty chilly out today!
Great service and food, and such a cute location. We can’t wait to come back to Eureka and explore some more!

Our omelets were fantastic. Potato's were yummy too! Our choices with breakfast were, coffee cake, bisket or muffin. My wife got the coffee cake...I chose bisket. The coffee cake was yummy. The bisket was dry and kinda nasty actually. All in all.. for me... a great new breakfast place found in Eureka!
