I’m very shocked the reviews are so low!. First off I just want to say a huge thank you to the sweet sweet older gentleman who made the most delicious soups and was so so sweet making the visit all the more enjoyable!. We stopped in to get some macaroons, bought 3 for 8$ great pricing for how amazing they were! We also got 2 slices of the cheesecakes so delicious and creamy!. They had such a huge selection from Carmel apples to sandwiches!. They even had cute homemade dog treats!. We happened to stop by on New Years and they were giving away free black eyed pea soup to kick start the new year!. The soup was beyond amazing I ended up buying all the rest of the soup and cornbread to take home to my family!. Definitely stop by to warm your hearts and your belly’s with some delicious lunch and sweets!.

I was a little suprised that the reviews were so low. We popped in as we were passing by and got some sugar free chocolate for my husband and macarons for my daughter. I was really surprised to see in some of the reviews that they had stale macarons. I lived in France for 6 months 4 years ago and had macarons often. I don't usually order macarons in the US because I'm often disappointed but I decided to taste some of my daughter's. Oh my goodness, there was one that I did not like the flavor of at all but 4 of them were amazing and dare I say, better than any I've tasted here or in France. It was totally the filling. I am a person who loves frosting to be as big as my cupcake and these tasted like they had delicious cupcake frosting in them. I don't know, but the ones we ordered were amazing. My favorites were birthday cake and violet but I can't remember the other two. My husband enjoyed his sugar free chocolate very much as well. We also got our pup a dog treat as well, cute!

This place has a large selection of sweet things such as chocolate cakes and ice cream, as well as a full range of coffee drinks and some basic sack lunches to enjoy around town or in the ice cold AC. The staff are courteous and helpful. The lights are also quaintly dim providing a nice rustic ambience.
