The Crystal Dining Room

The Crystal Dining Room tables and chandeliers were very elegant. Tablecloths and fresh flowers gave it a classy touch. Also, the wood floors were very nice. However, the building needed upkeep. The carpet was old and dirty. . Also, the windows and mirrors were dirty. Painting was desperately needed. Maintenance is desperately needed. One nice thing about eating here is that you can tour the house afterwards, see the pictures, and read the history. The food was very good. I recommend the cheesecake and lasagna. The staff were wonderful. If not for these 2 things, I would rate it a 3 due to poor building maintenance.

Elegant, classy, beautiful, and also very tasty food. We had the lobster macaroni and cheese and also the chicken tenders and fries because my son is picky lol. Had a nice evening. Conveniently located inside of the legendary Crescent Hotel of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Highly recommend to my friends and family. A cousin of mine had a wedding here once and it was fabulous as well.

Worst buffet ever. Don't waste money. Wow! horrible food. Eggs from a bag. Fake eggs! Bacon that was rubber and in a puddle of grease - totally inedible. Barf. Biscuits were pre-made and more like fake rolls. Gravy was thick and like glue. Sausage was frozen links they defrosted and barely room temperature. The whole buffet I guarantee was leftovers from a couple of days. Zero fresh or even cooked today. All just reheated leftovers from days gone by. Disgusting BREAKFAST!!" Server was a very pretty sweet girl. Very nice and attentive only good thing I can say!!!!

The food here was HORRIBLE. We had a party of 6, the only person who enjoyed his meal was the one who ordered roast. My eggplant parmesan and my husbands lasagna had so many chunks of pepper, it wasn’t edible. The mozzarella cheese was obviously melted over the dish in a microwave. My husband asked for chicken alfredo instead, the chicken tasted like it was freezer burnt. Nothing was fresh tasting. The lobster shells and cheese were dry and tasteless. Everything appeared to be old and rewarmed. The service was excellent and attentive. She was very apologetic for the quality of food that the kitchen was putting out. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. The price we paid to eat there was outrageous for the quality of food that we were served! A TV dinner would have been better.
