Good customer service. Too bad the food wasn't good. I ordered beef Teriyaki and ended up receiving a chicken. Just imagine if I was allergic, that would be a scene. Was looking for a good Teriyaki restaurant down in Eugene but too bad it was the complete opposite. The price is okay for 7.99, though. The rice is dry and the vegetables are cold. Come here if you're low on money and want decent food.

I went here today and got the chicken katsu. It was delicious and looked really healthy as well. Sizable portions, free wifi, and right next to campus. I’m not sure the person who said this was expensive because my meal was less than $8. The people seemed nice too. Will definitely be returning!

The food is tolerable, but the service is iffy. The people working there definitely don't have a grasp on English, so don't bother asking them anything specific. The woman who rang me up seemed very interested in whatever she was reading + listening to in her earbuds, because she kept them in while helping me and seemed impatient with me looking at the menu. Needs a lot of work but could be good if they put in the time and effort.

I had the $6 Orange Chicken lunch special. It didnt taste like orange chicken, but it wasnt horrible. Wasnt good either though. Service was fast. Lunch specials are cheap. You get enough food for two meals. But....it wasnt that good. Its ok for the price, so i wont complain. Just dont expect too much.

Ordered through Doordash. Delivery was fast. Under 20mins.
Not only was my order wrong. But the only thing edible was the rice.
The sauces tasted like nothing but oil.
The teriyaki chicken and the chicken katsu were both dry and cold.
Im not a picky eater AT ALL, and i couldn't make myself eat this even tho im really hungry at the moment.
Im a cook and i cant understand how this place is still in business.
Worst food I've eaten all year.
You've been warned. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I've lived in two countries in East Asia and have traveled to three others. This food does a disservice to East Asian cuisine and don't let anybody tell you that it's good. If they do, immediately write off their opinions on food forever (they've probably only ever been to Chinese buffets, Panda Express and the like but even those are better than this). The miso soup - EVEN THE MISO SOUP - was bad. It tasted like a piece of plastic melted into it (maybe the ubiquitous styrofoam used there) and my Japanese partner ended up throwing it out. To make matters worse, the service was a disgrace. They got our order wrong - twice - and judging from their reactions could have cared less that they did.

Teriyaki boy is only good if you go for the lunch deal. And by good I mean a lot of mediocre Chinese-american food for pretty cheap. I would by no means take my parents there or any person I respect, but if I'm hungover it's an option. Don't order the sweet and sour chicken to go, the chicken is always put right from the fryer into the styrofoam and it melts it. Also if you ask for fried rice and they are out, then don't expect them to tell you, they'll just give you white rice and say it's no problem.

I have eaten or ordered to-go there several times. The dishes are authentic Chinese delicious foods with many selections. Highly recommended.
