I went in around 6pm, there was only one customer already sitting down eating at the time so it was not busy. The only person working there let me know that he had 2 online orders to make. He made two sandwiches and I had been there about 8 minutes, no problem. But he pulled out 3 more pieces of paper for 3 more sandwiches (I hadn’t told him how many sandwiches I wanted). I left. I don’t really blame the employee too much. There should be more than one employee, that’s just cheap business on Subway’s end.

Wow, we ordered through the app and the sandwiches and salad were so full of pepper and barely edible. I was hesitant to call because we didn't want the sandwich builder to get upset. We have gotten subs from this location for a long time... and they were always tasty… sadly we won't anymore unless things change.

Eat at subways alot and went to this location for the first time will not go back! Was told I couldn't do double meat with a coupon (every other location has done it) I tried to order the chicken bacon ranch(my comfort food) he went to put rotisserie chicken on it I said why not the grilled ( that's what it is always made with) he said the grilled chicken was too expensive so now they use the other chicken. I had to order something else. They only good experience with this place was the young man behind the counter! He has good customer service!

Would give zero stars if possible. "Sandwich Artist" (sole employee on duty) was unfriendly to the point of being rude, my ordering had apparently interrupted his phone time. The store was out of multiple ingredients (turkey, ham, pepperoncinis). The store's notice blamed "supply chain" issues but other Subways don't seem to have that issue and besides none of us actually believe that overused excuse anymore. The "toasted" sandwich was stone cold. One sandwich had mayo that tasted rancid. For both sandwiches the bread seemed dry and stale. The employee apparently was unhappy because I didn't leave a tip (I don't tip for rude, dude) and made a low voiced but unpleasant sounding remark as I was leaving the store. I wasn't sure I'd heard right so I turned and asked, what? And it was repeated but in a lower voice so camera audio may not have heard either remark. BTW I do not have hearing issues, plus it's kinda hard to mistake 'tude. Needless to say I will NOT be back AND I will be warning my friends to beware of this very UNtypical Subway store.

Literally the best subway I’ve ever been to.
Sandwiches are made PERFECTLY every time. I don’t know who makes them since i normally order through the app but it is always so beautiful. Mess free, folded perfectly, cut nicely, just the right amount of sauce so it doesn’t get soggy.
I mean, I’m here waiting for this subway to open because i wont go to any other one.
Whoever is making those perfect subs, i love you and thank you!!!!

We have been eating at Subways forever. I have eaten at them regularly in California, Washington, Arizona and now Oregon. This store gave me the best Veggie Delight (with free extra cheese!!) that I have had in at least 7 years. The produce was fresh and ripe. The counters were immaculate. The servers were so pleasant. And the portions? WOW! They put my local store to SHAME! We will be back whenever we visit nearby Eugene again. Yum!!

I want to give a shout to the male working by himself tonight (4/18/19). I do believe his name was Aaron but might be wrong. He had several people in line when I entered the store. He was very polite the whole experience. He was very respectable and personable when making each customers sandwich. I was the last customer in the long line/rush and he was constantly cheerful and eager to help. I have been in this store multiple times as close to home and he is there often. I recommend this store and have never had a bad experience! Give this guy a raise, he earns it!
