Little Caesars

This place is filthy. When you walk in you can see the fronts of the warming ovens have not been wiped down in a long time. Register is very dusty and countertop not clean. Girl taking order of customer kept rubbing her neck. Just hoping she washed before making pizza. Will not go back to this location.

What can really expect from a $6 pizza? You get what you pay for and I grabbed a Hot and Ready and shortly wished that I had picked up a burrito instead. Don't expect much from Little Ceasars. I have never eaten one other than a pretzel crust and said, wow, that was pretty good. You would think that I would have learned by now. Even my kids would rather not eat it.

I called this place to order a pizza for like 15 minutes. Then I got in the car and continued to call as I drove to the store. When I arrived, I was still calling but the phone wasn’t ringing. I verified the phone number with the person at the counter. I asked why the phone wasn’t ringing. They said they had turned it off. I asked how long the wait would be. They said it would be 15 minutes. I told them this is why I tried to call ahead of time. They said, “Well, there are only two people working.” I count one customer, no people working, and three employees sitting around doing nothing with the phone off. So . . . Yeah. Not a good review. EDIT: Unbelievably, these people actually found me on facebook to harass me for leaving them this negative review! That is so beyond inappropriate and demonstrates the worst approach to customer service I can imagine! Best believe I'll be havin' a talk with their management about this!

This is Little Caesar's, not a gourmet pizza experience thus my rating reflects appropriate expectations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pizza locker is very convenient and ordering online makes it extra convenient to pick up a freshly made pizza that's ready when you want it! Best of all it's good pizza at a low price!
