Terrible customer service. The employee pictured was not wearing a name tag nor was anyone at this location. I think it's corporate policy that the employees of Hardee's have visible name tags. She just walked up to the counter / silently rude and looked at me. Barely spoke and made my experience bad. We normally order larger to go orders but now we will by somewhere else. * They scored a 90 on health department inspection * Use caution or avoid this place*

I typically like Hardee's but this was the worst hamburger I ever had ....any where. I threw it away. I did not complain because I didn't want to discourage the young people working there but I won't go back.

I always look for a Hardee's for fast food breakfast because they have the best steak and cheese biscuit plus I love their gravy & biscuit.

So understaffed that we spent just over a half hour there Waiting for our order. The cashier had made some kind of error with the family in front of us. The The manager was working on the problem the entire time that I was in there, which again, was over. A half hour. No apologies for the wait…

This was literally my worst experience at a Hardee's. The service was awful in the drive-in u... The cashier had no customer service, she kept asking us to hold on, and when she did speak to us it was inaudible at best. The way our food was made was done so carelessly, it was just thrown together. My sandwich had 2 different breads on it and the meat and cheese were cold on all the sandwiches. I dont usually complain, but I will be making a formal corporate complaint. Money down the drain.

They forgot the cheese on my sandwich at the drive thru. I went inside to get a slice of cheese and they wanted to make a new sandwich, when all I needed was a slice of cheese.

Ordered 2classic burgers. One no cheese an No Mayo the other regular. Only the Burger no fries or drinks. Didn't want to confuse the worker whom already sounded confused. Get my food roll out to find extra cheese and Mayo on one the other regular SMH 😫 NEVER AGAIN!!
