It was four minutes from our hotel and a block off the main drag. We loved the outside AND the inside. Five stars.
Our waitress was a sweetheart and very helpful. When I asked about the coleslaw, she brought me a taste. It was good, but not the creamy kind I really like. So I ordered the Senior Special - one meat ( chicken casserole) and 2 sides (peaches and corn nuggets) with cornbread. Husband got the popcorn shrimp and crinkle fries. Five stars for service and varied menu - especially the inexpensive senior specials!
When the food came, we could feel the heat coming off of it. Everything was so good! I loved the chicken casserole- like the inside of a pot pie with crackers instead of a crust mixed in. The corn nuggets were perfect, and corn bread tasted like it was made from scratch. Peaches were good. Husband had no complaints about his food, and ate it all. Five stars for the food.
There was so much to see, all around us. The decor was eclectic- vintage Coca-Cola memorabilia, cows, old signs, horses, chickens, and lots of signs to welcome and show love. Five stars for decor.
In a review, someone mentioned dessert. They regretted not taking it to go or eating it after dinner. We don’t like regrets, so we ordered the carrot cake AND the peanut butter pie. They were equally delicious. Dessert gets five stars.
This place has it all - including my vote for 5 *****!
8 of us rode motorcycles for lunch. We had the best time with the waitress who took a couple of group pictures. Did I mention the food, they have their own stile that I loved! We will stop here again.
Some of the best country food I've ever had. I feel like Ive been eating wrong my whole life until now, it was that good! ☺️ Quick service, fast and friendly. Usually busy but that's because the food is so good. Highly recommend the broccoli casserole if you're a fan of it.
Excellent meat and three, well seasoned and prepared. We had country fried steak with gravy, nicely prepared, not greasy at all, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and Cole slaw. Wonderful chocolate pie for dessert.
On our first visit we had both a great meal and excellent service. A 'meat and three' that anyone will enjoy.
When my family and I evacuated from New Orleans due to Hurricane Ida, we found ourself in this quiet town and the Framhouse Restaurant was one of our favorite places to eat! The food was great and the staff was beyond pleasant! Did I mention how cute all the decor is?! Highly recommend!
Always a joy to be around people that's nice and friendly and they always have amazing food. I love Tuesdays cause that's when they make chicken casserole 🥘 BUT... Can we all look at how big that burger is! It was delicious
