Great experience!!! A must visit when in Estes Park. The food was well prepared and tasted great. We had the trout Cajun style. Salads were fresh and dressing was tasty. We also ordered the bread with honey cinnamon butter. Taste was good, but the butter was cold and hard. Asked if it could be heated and were told due to covid it couldn’t be. ?? Our waitress was attentive and very polite. The decor inside is rustic with some fantastic local paintings. It has a wonderful Smokey oak smell from the multiple fire places. The drinks were spectacular. Love On The Mountain is dangerously good and has a huge dark cherry to finish off your state of bliss. Enjoy!!
Food and service is fabulous. Really enjoyed every dish and the drinks. We arrived late in the evening and this place was a great introduction to Estes Park, CO. Will return before we leave.
This place is full of charm. The staff was incredibly friendly and very welcoming. The live music was a nice touch on top of the delicious food. I had a roast beef sandwich and my wife had the Norwegian salmon. The roast beef was sliced thin, cooked to perfection, and melted in your mouth. The salmon was also perfectly cooked. If visiting Estes Park, definitely put this on your list. It's well worth a visit!
Looks just like you would imagine a mountain tavern to be. Rustic and inviting, with a classy charm. Low lighting and music set the atmosphere well. The menu is full of well rounded dishes and starters that everyone will enjoy. Many items sourced locally, including their beer and wine selections. I would love to visit again, to try more of their offerings.
Warm & cozy atmosphere. They had a old time fireplace lit, live music & low lighting. Staff was friendly & attentive. Most importantly the food was delicious. I got the honey almond salmon with mashed potatoes and my boyfriend got a classic cheeseburger and we both finished our entire meal. Would love to come back next time we're in Estes!
Food and service were fantastic!!! By far the best meal I've had since visiting Estes Park.
They had tables spaced out beyond 6 feet and all servers wore masks. They had hand sanitizer and wipes at every entry way! Definitely made me feel safe for my first time dining at a restaurant since early March!!!

Laney was my server, she was amazing! Food was great, bigger portions then I expected. Totally great experience.
We had fish and bison meatballs. Both were decent. Meatballs were a bit too salty. But overall still a solid 4 star meals from me.
