The food was great!!! I had the turkey club. The bathrooms were clean. The waitress was great. She kept our drinks full and brought us whatever we needed. This has always been one of my favorite restaurant chains since I was a kid. I will definitely go again.
Good Big Boy food,,, excellent and friendly staff, plus the manager "Beth", is a dedicated and hard working leader. Any employer would love to have her as their manager.
An overall good experience today. Service was good and our server friendly. Our food came out in a reasonable time, was hot and was tasty. We are fairly regular diners at this location and have not had any bad experiences here.
12/30/2019 Update:
Food and service are still good, with the wait staff very friendly. The salad bar had a few items that were empty and not available. This is not a complaint, but the interior is starting to show its age. Ripped seats and tables with slight damage from use. Our booth seat back tonight was loose and moved 3 to 4 inches back when weight was put on it.
Actually Happy with Our Meals. Food Was Cooked and Hot when it arrived to our Table. Our Waitress was Very Atentive.
