This store is horrible it's a complete joke. Ordering in person or online you still got to wait. A bunch of kids that don't care in my opinion. I order a Bat-Man pizza online at 2:30p.m on 04/09/2022 and it said it will be ready at 3:06 to 3:11. I came at 3:05 p.m and it still wasn't ready. That's over a half hour to make it. They're BARLEY putting it in when I got there. Thank gosh I said something or I'd be waiting longer. Thumbs down 👎 for sure I'll only come here if I absolutely have to..

Ordered a few pizzas with crazy bread, was told to wait ten minutes. When I come back 10 minutes food was still not ready. Waited another 15 minutes, the lady then gave my some of the food items to other folks. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get my entire order.

There is a young man who is so rude and unprofessional . I understand you are young and maybe Frusterated. But thats how working in this industry is. He got my order wrong and when I went back in he said.. What do u want me to do? I said well.. Fix it he snagged the pizza out of my hand and git so annoyed.... Never mind I want a refund. Ugh espanola restaurants are going downhill.

Pizza is usually between good and excellent. The customer service is a hit or miss. Decided to try the pizza portal, sat in the car waiting for 15 minutes. Enough time to be solicited 4 times for spare change, cigarettes, etc. Not surprised, expected actually. This visit would be 1 🌟 but overall, eh... you get what you pay for.

I'm guessing it was the manager that helped me, such a wonderful person. Shorthanded,had no help, but he was a very polite person. Definitely stop by this place when tou go through or stay a couple nights.

I don’t normally see alot of good customer service around the area but today when I called Little Ceaser’s, Lead Manager Christian took my phone order and i can feel the smile through the phone. When I went in for my order he was very nice and he repeated my order to me a couple of times to make sure it was exactly what i had ordered. Also he offered other items and disnt make me feel like i was bothering at all. Im very happy with his service and i will be back again!

Went in for a hot and ready was told 15 minutes, 40 minutes later got it. I stood there etching no one had gloves on. There were so many people in this little store, not keep their distance and no one from the store told them anything! Had to walk out for awhile!! Not HAPPY!!
