7-eleven

Came under new ownership last year. I live pretty much between this 7-11 and another one, but hardly ever come to this one anymore- these guys don't appear to be participating with Door Dash or grub hub, which I use regularly. They don't have a broad enough selection most of the time, frequently out of my favorites.

Male employee redish hair, yells @ me to leave & never come back.... after I asked a question about slurpes. This year hasn't been so nice to anyone... I'm currently dealing with my moms affairs after being placed on hospice. Only stopped for something to drink. Wouldn't have given 1 star but, can't post without it.

I was in line trying to pay for my 99 cent mango drink and some Cheeto Fries minding my own business, and some tweaker lady showed up busting a scandal asking to reheat her food in a brown paper bag and the ock didn’t let her, and said there was no outside food allowed. Then the tweaker lady proceeded to walk inside the store and the ock yelled at her to not bring outside food in his store. This altercation caused the tweaker lady to get really angry at the ock and even said she was going to leave it on the counter. The ock responded again with no outside food at the store, and the old tweaker lady threw her brown paper bag as hard as she could in front of the counter where all the candy bars and chips are at and proceeded to yell around the store, I thought I would share because, I thought this was funny.

On October 16, 2018, at 4:50 PM I made my way into this location to purchase $100 worth of lottery tickets. Most stressful visit and last visit to a 7-11. First off I hear this white employee named Chris wearing a hat yelling at this old Asian man named William. Cussing in front of kids, telling William to hurry up, count faster, belittling him, all in front of about 9 customers standing in line. Sign #1 to not do business here. Silly me thought oh a lottery ticket how hard can that be. In and out. I ask for $60 worth in Mega Lotto and $40 in Super Lotto and I was really clear on that. Chris the employee says to me "You know that's $2 a line?" in a super condescending way. I respond "that's not a big deal at all". He then goes to his machine starts printing them. William the one who was belittled cuts Chris to use the only working register. They go back and forth swearing each other (in front of kids who wanted to purchase a dinosaur toy) about who gets to use the register. Once he was done printing them Chris gives me the tickets and rushes me out. As I was reviewing the tickets outside I noticed he didn't give me the correct amount I asked for. He gave me $40 worth of Mega and $50 worth of Super Lotto. How do you mess that up? It's a simple request to use the entire $100 bill. How do you get that wrong? Is simple elementary math that hard? Oh yeah, I forgot you work at 7-11. That's why you are there can't progress any further in life than a clerk at a 7-11. Simple math. 60+40=100 if that's hard for you, how do you even get dressed on a daily basis? I walk back in ask for a refund or a correction for the amount that was given to me. Chris said he can give me $10 for mega and then I politely ask him if he can give it to me for free because there are no refunds on mess-ups employees make. He tells me "get the f*** out of the store" in front of all the customers. Enjoy your life as a 7-11 clerk because you will amount to nothing in life. Depressing life. Oh and the $100 that's 40 minutes of my time. No big deal. More upset that he responded in such a rude demeanor when the employee messed up my request for the lottery ticket amounts.

Lady freaked out over parking, I was just going to get a quick drink in and out on a 90° plus day when she comes in the store right after me yelling and making a scene telling me to get out when I was already about to pay for my drink then she snatched the drink out of my hands and told me she was the owner of the store and demanded me to leave . She also called the police as if they didn't have better things to do. Has someone else has issues with this ladies bad temper ? Is she even the owner?
