This is the second time that I’ve ordered 30 wings to go and have gotten less than ten drumsticks, I don’t expect it to be 15 drum and 15 flats but closer than 7/23. Also, I ordered extra crispy both times and both times they were nowhere close to crispy and have to cook in oven at home to try and crisp them up a little.

After many years of traveling the U S.A.. extensively we have frequented Buffalo Wild Wings on many occasions.
From LA to New York City, Florida to Vegas we recently found ourselves at this location on our way to Niagara.
I can honestly say it has to be the Crown in the Jewel of Buffalo Wild Wings.
The portions are huge, the staff are friendly, tentative and informative. The food came straight away and nothing was too much trouble. The manager asked us every time if everything was okay. Our server Tyler is an absolute credit to the company I hope they recognize this.

This Buffalo Wild Wings was very good on service. The food was delicious and looked just like how it's advertised. The food was also fresh and serve fast. The waitress Mercedes was bringing a positive vibe and as well was fast on service. I do recommend this place if you wanna take your family or friends out for some quality time.

Very accommodating. We showed up with a group of 15 during a very busy time, and they were able to get us in the back room with only about 10 minutes wait. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were served and happy, which is not always easy to find with large groups.

I ordered 40 wings last week from the Erie pa location and they only give you so many really tiny cups of blue cheese so I asked for the larger blue cheese because those little cups were not enough for 40 wings! They had the nerve to charge me 5.00 extra for the bigger blue cheese this place is absolutely ridiculous management at Erie location is a joke just tells lies and doesn’t even try to make it right

I only ordered over the phone and picked it up. I ordered milk shakes and they were thoughtful enough not to make them until I arrived to get my food so they wouldn't melt! Everything was pretty good, service was fast and the lady was nice taking my order. Upon arrival the hostess was very awesome to go over my reciept and food in the bag to make sure it was all correct! Never been inside to sit down and eat therefore the 3 stars. Should I go in and eat I will update the review accordingly.
