the rudest people you will ever meet. the workers stink and will make you go back in line and order the rest of your food if you have more than a few things cause they want their time down. also won’t let me have a black bean quesarito which is the only reason i came here. also gave us no sauce. they suck and need to get it together. doesn’t even deserve a 1 star they deserve -5. terrible place with terrible people👎🏼👎🏼

I have only visited the Ephrata Taco Bell once, so my review is in light of that one visit. A friend and I chose this restaurant for lunch on a Friday at noon. The restaurant was not crowded at all but there were a few cars being attended in the drive thru. After waiting at the register for while, an employee directed us to the self order kiosk as an alternative to further waiting. I have never used the kiosk before but was able to locate what I wanted after a brief search. My friend had difficulty finding what she wanted though, so an employee very graciously assisted her. We received our orders in a timely manner and the food was hot and well prepared. The over all ambiance of the restaurant was clean and modern. There were some crumbs on one of the tables but the floor and chairs were free of debris. We found a corner seat and enjoyed watching the mundane street traffic as we chatted and ate. A few more patrons arrived during our lunch but the restaurant was never crowded and I noticed that they were attended at the register in a timely manner. In all, my visit to the Ephrata Taco Bell was not unpleasant and while it was not outstanding, I give it four stars as an adequately enjoyable lunch experience.

I don't mind the food even if it has gone down hill over the years. The grilled stuffed burrito was the best thing on their menu. Quite frankly my review has to go towards everytime I visit this taco bell. Something is wrong. Or missing. Or there but someone wrong even though there was no customization to it. It's just frustrating. To their credit it's never my food personally.. its other people's in the house. But cmon guys! Pay attention!!

Really disappointed in the consistently shrinking menu. And if you order online for a speedier checkout, they complain at the window. Saying it's easier just to order in line because the online orders don't get pulled up before you arrive. Whats the point of ordering ahead then 😅 plus I've been told menh items weren't on the menu- even when I gave them the name and saw the photo on the actual menu. It didn't say discontinued, so not sure what the issue was.
