Pizza Hut in Maryland needs to be like this one. I live in Maryland and I have not gotten served the first slice by the waitress in over 30 years. My waitress up here in Pennsylvania was the one who gave me the first slice. She was kind and so very nice. I had left over pizza and she boxed it for me. Pizza Huts in Maryland do not do that. I will gladly drive a hour and a half for this awesome service. �

We went there to dine in ....Look obviously they're struggling and do not have servers..... but that being said all I care about is the food which the pizza was amazing and the breadsticks were phenomenal... I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in probably over 20 years and it all tastes exactly like it did back then ah the Nostalgia... and to be honest with you not having the servers was a different kind of an experience and guess what I actually enjoyed it... all I wanted to do was spend some quality time with my daughter over a pizza ❤.... cannot beat a hot and fresh Pizza Hut pizza!!! (4 star instead of five because beverages are limited)

We ordered online and picked up the food 20 minutes later. The food was delicious and hot. This is our 2nd time eating at this Pizza Hut, and both times were great experiences.

Prices were a bit outrageous but my pizza was done quickly and service was fast. Also, one time I came in here right after putting my dog down because we didn't feel like making dinner and the staff were so kind when I walked in crying and explained my situation. They were so so sweet and comforting and one of them came out and gave me a hug. That was one of the hardest days of my life and to have that kind of compassion at a restaurant... Takes the cake for me. By far my favorite pizza hut.

My family and I drove 30 minutes due to all Pizza Hut being closed to find out that this one doesn't have dine in and it's walk in and curbside pick up just thought someone should update the website so we can save people time from driving far to running into this situation. Other then that thank you for working in these difficult times.

The price of two medium pies has really gone up. They were made correctly, however.... Mine no cheese, his no sauce. Tina always does a great job. We appreciate her. Pizza was ready in 18 min...

Definitely my go-to place whenever I'm in Ephrata. I love coming here after spending some time at the retro arcade down the way. I've never had a with any of the staff, although I can't say that the service is the fastest I've ever had.

As always, I had another great experience at this store. Pizza was almost right out of the oven when I arrived and the order was correct. My only complaint was that I wasn’t able to order a personal pizza on the app this time around. I tend to order them when I am on the go and can’t store the leftovers. But had the medium pizza and it was great!

On the app ordered a pizza and wings. Got there 2-3 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. Lady got pizza out of warmer and said it will be alittle till the wings are ready. Waited at least 5 minutes and the pizza was hardly warm anymore till I got home... you can do better Pizza Hut!
