Review New Panda - Ephrata

I’ve been eating at New Panda for the past 4 years and they never let me down. Their food is delicious (though the chicken can be chewy at times) and their customer service is great in my opinion!

Always delicious & have a pleasant experience 👍ordering my favs takes a few minutes, and then it is piping hot enough for me to eat within 10 minutes or even less. Good job you guys!

The food is good, the woman who takes the orders is Rude

Always great service and kind. Honey chicken should have more sauce but still is good. Love the dumplings. Anyone who says their food is flavorless must eat a lot of condiments on food that desensitize the taste buds. I love their food.

Excellent Chinese take out near Dutch way in Ephrata

Came here when I visited my brother, everything we had was amazing! The BBQ chicken sticks and egg drop soup are incredible, I also liked the Philadelphia roll

First of all, these guys have been my 'go-to' Chinese food establishment for several years. The food is wonderful, the prices are reasonable, the potion sizes are commendable, and the delivery is the selling point. However, I have just had a bad experience with them... The prior (following) post has now been edited. Bad experience is now in the past. These folks mad right a wrong that I had encountered, and then some. I have no concerns about continuing to order from these folks, as again... The food is fantastic, the portions are noteworthy, the delivery is fast, the prices are within reason, and the customer service is commendably excellent. No, I don't work there. I just want to give a fair and correct review. They are well worth your time, if you're in the mood for some really good Asian cuisine. You won't be disappointed.

We get delivery from this place at least once a month. Great food. My gf can have her Chinese and I can enjoy fresh sushi. Delivery is almost always faster than expected. The woman taking the calls does have a habit, however, of screwing up credit card orders, requiring us to hold up the delivery person while we call back with our credit card number. Again. Want to avoid that? Pick up is available and online ordering as well.

I’m not real big fan of take out (period)!! But this is the BEST Chinese food that I’ve come across. Their egg rolls are to die for (I always buy 10 and freeze whatever I can’t eat)…The vegetable fried rice is pretty slammin too!! 😋

Great food tonight...sushi was good...coconut shrimp is amazing...i highly recommend.
