Stopped for lunch while shopping at the Green Dragon. Had the oyster stew, chicken salad and tapioca for dessert. Everything was delicious and cafe was clean. Staff was very friendly and quick. Would recommend.
This place has a lunch-counter from Woolworths kind of feel. Servers are always friendly, and the food is always good. Seating can be a little tricky during lunch and dinner time, and the seats at the counter are swivel but backless.
Had a good hamburger and birchbeer. It is a neat little diner.

My experience reminded me of a Mom & Pop Old Time restaurant from long ago.
Everyone knew each other and if they didn't they introduced themselves and made you feel like family. I am glad / blessed I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to have this experience. I haven t been to a restaurant that the people welcomed you like family in a Very Long Time.
Great family restaurant & meeting place at the Green Dragon Farmer's Market. Second generation ownership with many old family recipes still being used. Fresh made soups and desserts weekly (the pies are incredible). Wonderful breakfasts. Waitresses & staff are fun and friendly. Note... the market & restaurant are only open on Fridays... 8 am to 8 pm. Be sure to say "Hi" to owners... Nancy & Randy.
Food was very good and you get a lot of it
Really cute set up, had the crispy chicken sandwich very good, really flavorful and the fries where delicious the California burger was also good. Can't wait to try the fried oysters sandwich next time. Only inconvenience is it's cash only but that's there business, the food is still good

As a frequent visitor to the Green Dragon for years, this is one of my favorite places to eat. Best soups and best desserts. The prices are very fair. The waitresses are all sweethearts.
