Very impressed that this Burger King in Ephrata has someone constantly cleaning tables, chairs, sweeping and emptying trash. I've been here numerous times and this person is always cleaning. I've never seen this in any other fast food restaurant. Who's ever idea this was should be commended. Please
I’ve had great service when stopping by first thing in the morning. It only takes about 2 minutes. Also, the Junior Burrito is well worth the $2!
This place is empty and has quick service if you go early on a Saturday morning. The flaky croissant sausage egg and cheese sandwich was good. Hash browns are pretty greasy. They have a nice big play area for children.
Food here has been mostly good, my last visit was a bit slow but the food was all correct and warm. I did however get food poisoning from undercooked chicken nuggets here when they were 10 for $1. They were extremely chewy. Otherwise staff is nice and ready to help.

Dining room was closed, only service at the drive thru. They said they had staffing issues. Will not go there any longer.
We don’t eat out often but this is not too far from kids school. So sometimes when evenings are busy we get dinner on the go. The line here is often crazy but the workers are kind and do a great job even when under pressure.

This is one of the better fast food locations I have been to. The management seems to foster a good working environment. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I also heard them joking with each other and they seem to generally enjoy being there.
