Review Jack In The Box - Enumclaw

I was shocked when I got to the office to our lunch. The tacos were so greasy and thrown in the bag opening down, the 3 burgers were all wrong, the egg rolls were missing but we had sweet n sour. All of us threw away the food and we went back out to McDonald’s. What a shame that this place is that bad. We won’t ever go there again like ever.

With the first milkshake I ordered I was hooked !!!! Wow was it great after a taste of Strawberry I wanted more. I even called ahead to see if the shake machine was working I placed my order and off I went to get it. The best ever

I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but I ordered DoorDash to work as usual, i ordered a chocolate milkshake, I was halfway through when I felt something sharp in my mouth. I spit it out and it was a decent size sharp piece of plastic. I tried calling the number but it doesn’t go through. I checked the straw and lid to see if it was from either of those and it wasn’t. I shouldn’t have to worry about broken plastic in my food.

I understand they're short handed...trust me I do. But to be waiting at the window for over 15 minutes for 4 of the same burger while seeing only 2 of the 4 employees there actually working. 1 guy seemed so stoned we thought he was gonna fall out a few times and you couldn't understand a word he said it was all mumbling.

Well it was actually open for one later in the evening I get that everybody a short staff but it's nice to be able to get a burger when it's late but it's still not open 24 hours a day like it was but the people were friendly very friendly and courteous and they worked efficiently to turn out food so good job

Came to the drive through and we had 3 people take are order and not one got it right! I will never go there again.

I love Jack in the box. One of my guilty pleasures. The service is usually fast and it's so warm it makes the next bite worth savoring

Ordered thru door dash on 3/23/22 @ 830 I ordered 4 tacos 2 chicken sandwiches a onion ring and large fry and mini tacos ...all the tacos had what seemed to be way over due with taco sauce like literally poured out the taco as if you haf to pour out water from a cup I then called them and they ignored me for about 20 mins or so then when they finally answered they freaked out one said I had an attitude when I did not all I asked was why did it seem like making my order was such a big deal all I got to say is this Never order for the night crew always a bunch of kids that would rather party and nor give any care in their work ethic

I give this less than a star... I have gone there the last couple times and the over night guy is a completely rude person... the lady is nice but the men are rude... one complaing about my truck cuz its too loud which I drive a diesel so I make sure to turn it off and on (which is bad for a diesel)... then another night while I'm in the drive though... when I say please give me a second while I gather everyones order the guy comes over the intercom and says if ur not ready to order back up to the previous board and decide there... now that's rude... I love jack in the box and have lived here for four years.. and have never experienced rudeness like this before.. until the last couple months... I come there after I go to the bar every Friday and Saturday and at least 3 times a week... and would like to continue going there.. but not with there attitudes
