Moe's Southwest Grill

The employees were so rude and didn’t seem to know anything about Moe’s. They also kept talking poorly about each other directly to the customers. On top of that, I asked if adding queso cost extra and they said no, but the cashier charged me for it anyway. Also, the burrito and bowl I ordered had barely any food in it. Waste of my time and my $30. UPDATE: WE FOUND A LONG HAIR IN THE BOWL

I usually love Moe's and the people there are really nice. The service is usually very quick too. But the speed of service has decreased ten fold. I go in the store at around 12:13 and leave at 12:36. That's pretty unacceptable for a fast food place, especially if someone's on a timed lunch hour. There needs to be more workers or at the very least an actual effort to make the food as quick as possible.

We observed what seemed to be the manger go outside and smoke the return the wait on customers and never washed her hands. In addition she then went to the bathroom in her apron when she returned to the counter she again did not wash her hands.. her co worker i believe was James washed his hands and changed gloves after every task .. if she is the manager then lead by example.. the kicker is you are forced to tip them no matter what..

I just ordered food there. By far it was the worst food I have ever eaten. The young lady preparing the food acted as it was a chore or burden to prepare my food. Which was 3 tacos, 1 burrito, and 1 nacho. I will never eat there again nor will my family. After one bite my family and I literally threw $30.00 of food in the trash. Food issues: Chips were stale and as in chewing a piece of rubber. Food was cold Lettuce was brown Beef was literally from a boiled plastic bag.

The employees were unwelcoming and they seemed to move at an intentionally slow pace. One of the kinds of places to make you feel like you’re bothering them by being there. Food was edible, but tasted like leftovers not very ‘fresh’ some of the rice was extremely hard as well. They made it very sad small portions too. I know it’s hard to keep clean when you’re busy, but the area behind the counter looked carelessly strewn around enough that I felt cautious to eat the food... the employees must need some motivation. They’re not getting it here 😕
