Captain D's

This was my first time at Captain D’s and i can honestly say it was an amazing experience! The drive thru worker was astonishing! He cared not only about the food but also about the customer! the food was fast and fresh; and the workers seemed like they actually wanted to be there! Most fast food chains aren’t like that now a days. I will definitely be coming back!

My wife, kid and I went to captain D's today an ordered 36 shrimp, 3-piece fish plate and 6 orsters. We asked for extra tartar sauce because we got so much food and the manager told us that it was in the bag. We made sure we asked a few times for extra tartar sauce because we know how busy it gets there. We got home to find three tartar sauces in our bag. Common Sense tells you with all that food three tartar sauces does not cover it!! This is not the first time we've had a problem here but we like Captain D's. This is just the first time I've decided to leave a review. I just don't understand why people that work at fast food restaurants act like they buy the condiments out of their own pocket. Hopefully this gets resolved because I love Captain D's food. But I can honestly say it will be a while before I can bring myself to go back to this Captain D's after being lied to by a manager! I feel like when you spend your hard-earned money on something you should get what you pay for! I called up there and the manager didn't even apologize for the situation!

Stars updated due to the timely response. *Original Review: Placed an order via the website like we have done several times before but when we arrived we were told there was no order in their system. I had a confirmation email and order number for an order totalling $49. We asked for a refund or to fill the order and were told it was our problem and to contact corporate. The manager on duty said, "I don't care," and refused to help.
