We really like this Burger King. When we are going to be on the West Shore in that area. We stop at this restaurant. We go to the Weis across the street from it. The place is very clean. Wish I could give zero stars. This place is terrible. I ordered a coffee and a shake on the kiosk. They then informed me 5-min later that they had no coffee. Then they had no shakes. Then they could not refund my money. Then they could not provide a substitute . Recommended that I contact corporate.

Took forever to give my order, got to window which was open some guy yells, hold on getting some money. Then was told by 1 that only 2 working & both seemed extremely slow. The breakfast sandwiches were cold and bacon looked raw, was disgusting threw in the trash, what a waste of money...NEVER AGAI

Every morning 9/10 times there are cones in drive through and lights off even though there are cars in the parking lot and employees inside. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or not but happens more often than not and it's not early use 8am.

The staff here is very polite. The food is always hot! Great place to stop on my lunch break
