Wall Chinese Cafe

On Sept 10, 2020 I went through drive through & grabbed dinner for me & my son. I got all the way home when I saw a bug in my food. I tried to call them to inform them. All I received was a voicemail message, saying if there's a problem with your food to bring it back & they will replace it. Now, I had a long day that particular day and did not want to get back out plus spend the extra gas to go up there to be able to speak to a person. My point- Customer service is lacking. I expect more from a place that charges nearly $8 a plate. When I first started eating here and they only had 1 location in Waxahachie, it was $5.65 a plate. In the past few years, the rice was dried out and nasty even with the increased prices. I'm going to think twice before eating here again.

People should know that the Ennis Walls is closed Sunday & Monday. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THEIR HOURS OF OPERATION. So many changes since Covid! We love their # 1 Sweet & Sour Fried Chicken w/ Rice (fried or white rice) and a delicious Egg Roll. They also have really tasty Lo Mein. Good pricing. No call ahead orders. Enjoy. Thanks Walls

Food is always good hot n fresh at least the handful of times I've visited. Have yet to have a bad experience. The food comes out fairly quickly which i appreciate on my 30m lunches. Food portions are a decent size not too big but definitely not small.price wise its not bad for the portion of food you get but you can easily find yourself spending 40 on 2 ppl.
