Firehouse Subs

I was already a fan of Firehouse Subs from my time in Lexington, Ky. I am an even bigger fan now. One sub place had a way of having famous people in commercials. Their subs are adequate if you are really hungry. Another sub place is owned by a guy from an eastern state. Their way is better than a sub way, but I leave hungry. The ham is the sweetest, the dressing superb, and the meat is thick and extremely tasty. Nothing better than four alarm sub goodness

It was a miss last time and a miss again this time. Meatball sub with jalapenos but they forgot jalapenos. Should have included chips but they forgot those too. The meatballs were decent but the bread really didn't even come close to holding together. You're better off at Subway. The food probably isn't as good but at least you can watch and make sure it's made correctly.

Firehouse subscribers is always a good choice. I used to go to the Huber Heights location when I worked nearby, but I now work in Englewood. This location is just a good. It seems as though the company does a good job keeping their core values of how they do business (making their products and treating their customers) equal from location to location. Great job! Keep up the good work. Please open a location in Troy, OH!!!

My women church group ordered box lunches for a workshop on Saturday 5/21. Manager Bryin was very helpful and courteous in placing our 12 delivery box lunch orders over the phone. Another employee took a last minute order and the all 13 orders was delivered on time and the employee was very friendly. I recommend the Englewood Firehouse Subs location! Great job!

Normally I come here a bit. It’s gotten horrible the last few weeks and I have kept my mouth shut. But I’ll be honest, there are a bunch of younger people who work in this establishment that sit there with their thumbs up, chit chatting, standing around, not doing actual work. 4 workers with people standing around. My order wasn’t even started when I arrived at the time it was to be completed, with no traffic on the inside! This is twice in 2 weeks. Get employees that don’t want to chit chat and get some work done. Otherwise you’re allowing lazy behavior and the worker still gets a paycheck.
