Burger King

Burger King has never been that quality. Today, the frozen coke machine was broken and I had to get out of line. What is this-McDonald’s? Idk if the machine is usually working and therefore there might be a higher review so I’m giving it a tentative 3 stars as the guy over the intercom was really nice.

You can get what you order pretty consistently here, but the food is rarely hot and fresh. Even during lunch rush, the food comes out a bit cool. Also, sometimes they just close early, no signs or anything to indicate if there's an issue or what. Pic is the store at 8:50pm, lights out and locked up, but the sign says open til midnight or later.

Place was dirty.. with only two workers in the back. Lobby full of customers and the employees took their sweet time, didn't even seem to be trying to make the food fast. We received a subpar warmed burger on a FILTHY tray. The picture doesn't do it justice, there was new paper on it but the actual tray was sticky and gross with old food on it. This place needs a good cleaning and a course on customer service.

This was actually our second fast food option. We ended up walking out of the first place after 15 min. It was a good thing the manager was on duty at BK. My friend ordered an impossible Whopper. I ordered an impossible Whopper with special instructions. The other friend ordered chicken nuggets. The first Whopper was cold so she took it back and ask them to remake it. When she got it it was hot but it didn't have the veggies on it she said so very disgusted Lee she went back again and ask them what the deal was. The girl at the counter grab the receipt and said you ordered it's special with things not on it and other things added to it. There had been like six orders since my friend had ordered so why was she able to just rip off a receipt? My friend assured her that was not her order and the manager stepped in and said just remake the sandwich. She saw some onion rings go out so she ordered a couple of batches of onion rings. Very nicely the manager gave her the onion rings. She was thrilled because your Whopper came the way it was supposed to. Well that was going on I unwrapped mine and mine was also cold. So, I took mine back minus the bottom bun and ask them if they would put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and if I gave them $0.50 would they give me cheese. I told them the amount of pickles was perfect, all the toppings were perfect. I had special instructions on mine. The manager said of course no problem turned around and explain to them what to do. I ended up with us freshly warmed up open face impossible Whopper, with cheese on top. It was wonderful! And somehow in all that we also ended up with an order of french fries. So it may not have been I would hate to go out and eat, but the manager at this BK certainly save the day for us and kept it from completely going off the rails.
