Just came to get a drink and my husband ordered the wrong thing….. I went back to ask if they could correct it being that it was the same price and the cashier said no and that he would have to charge me full price to make another one even though I didn’t drink from this one!!!! Rude as hell and I will be contacting cooperate on him

Good place to stop if you are about to cross the bridge to NY. Quick service but most of the time it's only one person working the register and completing the orders, not cool. Otherwise the coffee is good and you can buy Lotto and Gas. It's the last decent gas station east bound. There are two more but they are not as convenient.

Um. I didn't get a chance to order. The lady in front of me and the guy behind me and I waited for about 12 minutes. The lady eventually asked if they were going to serve us...twice. None of them acknowledged her so we all just left. They weren't serving anyone else. Don't know what was up with that. Crazy rude and super strange. Good motivaton to make your own coffee though...

Came in off the highway, headed to NYC, and asked the man behind the counter if I could use the restroom, not a sure thing these days. Graciously pointed it out...saved me 😊. When done bought a couple coffees, had a friendly chat and made my way. One of the last places you can stop before the then very busy GWB. Made my day, phew! 😅

This store is convenient because I live near. It's one of the few semi clean Duncan donuts shops in the area on this day however I wanted a Late and their espresso machine was not working according to the person taking my order. Not cool ☹️.

I love Dunkin and this one is good too.
My issue is that they have the plastic shields in front of everything and you cannot hear the cashier and they can't hear you. Because of this it is difficult to tell them my order and then sometimes it is wrong because he couldn't hear me.

BP staff is blah, always busy vaping outside, Dunkin donuts staff is very friendly, The food is good and the donut selection is great.
