This is the best pizza joint in the area. Heck, it's the best pizza joint in maybe the whole state! Such a great family atmosphere. The owners are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food, no complaints. The service, perfect. And they have local beers on tap? What more could you want? They also have an incredible happy hour during the week, $4 pints and 1/2 off appetizers.
You've never had a real Chicago style deep dish pizza or Italian beef until you try this.

We loved it we had our school Rancho Encinitas Academy fund raiser there! The food was great one of the best salads I've ever had. Great pasta and a big selection of micro brews. The inside is done very nice and open also has a fun patio! Come early though.. because it's a great hidden jewel with the locals, it gets packed. Waitstaff was on top of it and super friendly. I will be going back I only wish I found it sooner.
Very authentic Chicago-style thin crust pizza in laid back atmosphere. Felt like a Chicago neighborhood sports pub. Large selection of beers on tap. Friendly staff. We will definitely be back.
We’ve been to Chicago dozens of times having been raised in Illinois. Since living in Southern California for the past two years we’ve not found great pizza anywhere, until we ate our first pizza here last night. We ordered the antipasto salad and it was delicious. We also had the combination pizza with sausage (best flavor) pepperoni, onion, black olives and green pepper(we asked them to hold this). The pizza was outstanding! We were blown away and were so happy with the quality of ingredients, crust and it was delivered to our table hot. We’re already talking about when we’ll go again. Super job!
Rosati’s deep dish pizza is the bomb. The flavor of the red sauce is incredible. The texture and taste of the dough is extraordinary. One piece of pizza is all one needs to eat. The deep dish pizza is so dense. One slice is like eating 3 regular slices.
I ordered a takeout of their Harvest Salad. If desired,you can have chicken on it, both ways are delicious. For 2 people ,it is a main dish, or a side for 3-4. I get it there frequently. The lettuces are nice and items in the salad are yummy.
This will be my new lunch spot the beef sandwich is an absolute deliciousness meal!!
My husband and I got Chicago style deep dish pizza “classic combo”. Literally I am shook. BEST PIZZA we’ve ever had, hands down. Get it. Didn’t take a pic, I’m sorry.
Favorite pizza joint in SD County. They have your Chicago style deep-dish but their thin crust is prime, coated with cornmeal on the bottom of the pie.
Last takeout was disappointing as they completely botched my 'za (wrong toppings, ordered the veggie and received a spinach and tomato). It was still a quality pizza, just not my desired toppings at the time... also their sweet pepps on the beef sandwiches need a lot of work.
