Top notch bicycle shop. I ordered a bike for my daughters birthday through the Giant website for pickup. They called on their closed business day to let me know it’d be ready next day. Upon pickup they were super friendly and easy to talk to. Enjoyable experience and recommend to anyone in their area.
Great staff that are friendly and knowledgeable. I know a decent amount for an amateur cyclist and the staff there were able to help me and answer all my questions I had. They offered sound advice and even fitted a tire for me to make sure it would fit my bike since I was upsizing. Overall great experience with the staff and selection of products in the store.
Newer to the area & looking for a good bike shop, needed adjustments, a tune up and replace some parts; they evaluated the bike, offered good suggestions without over selling their parts & services, and gave a price quote true to completion. It was just what I needed to get my bike in condition for an active spring & summer. I later learned other members in our community also had their bikes serviced there with complete satisfaction. This place is top-notch and I felt very comfortable there. Bikes are expensive but this is the best value I found in internet land before venturing out in the real world. Scott is super friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. On top of all that he attached my new rack to my trunk. Great experience!
Great experience all around. Not only did they have the bike I was looking for during a time where bikes are hard to find, but they assembled and tuned it while I waited. Scott was a friendly and knowledgeable salesman and the service staff were friendly and knowledgeable as well. The store was clean and full of product. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I’m gonna give South Mountain cycle a true five star rating for a couple different reasons. 1. They were the only shop locally that carried the 2021 model giant stance one full suspension bike. 2. The customer service that they show in the true attention to detail for caring about the customer is really something like I never seen. Even with all the pandemic stuff going on and how hot and humid it has been these workers have to stand outside during the day to wait on their customers. Even with their masks on and the heat they are very pleasant. The bike this old me has been nothing short of amazing. I bought a few extra accessories for the bike from them as well. If you’re in the Lehigh Valley and looking to pick up a mountain bike or any type of accessories or need work done on your bike I would definitely recommend them.

I wanted to take a minute to express our gratitude and satisfaction with our recent purchase and service experience at South mountain cycle. We dealt with Scott , Derrick and Mike during a multi visit experience. We purchased the right bike ( Liv Rove ) and several accessories installed on that one and another owner bike. We are thoroughly pleased with the facility , bike , installs , but most of all, it’s the personable , knowledgeable and thorough customer service experience we received throughout the process. I’m proud to post a 5 star customer service experience at South Mountain Cycle. I received 2 recent repairs and both times we were able to safely navigate around this pandemic and accomplish the repairs , payment , etc without me even having to exit the vehicle. Super friendly staff and awesome products.
Bikes are hard to find these days and was passing by and saw some on display on the sidewalk. Stopped and picked one up right away. Got my daughter a 24" Liv for her birthday. She loves it and the price was great. Will definitely be back.
