I’ve passed this place probably 10 times in the last year on the way to Vegas. I stopped by when I decided to stay in Ely for the night & I’m so glad I did! Awesome place with super friendly service! My first time here several months ago was unimpressive. I decided to give it another try and was pleasantly surprised. The friendliness of some staff is lacking but others are excellent. Very good Mexican food. Burritos are huge. Chile Verde platter was excellent. Chips are freshly made to order. They even have the 500ml Coke from Mexico.

Carnitas taco was delish and far exceeded my expectations. Flan was bomb. Chicken taco was just okay. Service was fast and friendly. Ambiance was nothing special but can be forgiven since this desert oasis was open late as I was passing through Ely on a long drive.

Five stars because it's as good as you can expect for a fast food set up. Service was prompt, friendly and professional. The food was good. Be careful of the sauces. They are all five alarm hot.
