Allow me to start off with stating that this specific place is usually phenomenal with receiving orders and preparing them in a timely manner for there customers. But lately it seems to be taking a turn for the worst, missing food items or drinks or even the dips. The sauces can be easily forgotten but when it’s occurred three times in a row i just wonder if they even care to throw them in. First time missing food items and second time it was the incorrect items and now third time coming lately and it’s missing drinks. I get it most times it happens with the younger crowds because no guided direction and no accountability, I just hope whatever they were doing months back they go back to doing that. Other then that I appreciate all the other great times of service and food in a quickly manner you’ve all provided.

Extremely disappointed, we come here a lot but rarely have issues. Took a bite into my chicken sandwich (that we waited an extra 5-7 minutes to be done cooking) and tasted a very weird chicken consistency due to lack of being cooked. Same issue with my fiancé’s chicken sandwich. Wasted 25 dollars on a meals we couldn’t even eat. Disappointing, and hoping we do not get sick.

Was at the drive thru today, the girl who took my order interrupted me several times saying is that all.if she would of slowed down and actually listened she would of gotten my order correct and wouldn't of wasted her time or mine.is asked her to repeat my order because I knew that she got it wrong but she also charged me incorrectly. She made it a point that she was multi tasking and she was rude about it. I asked for bbq sauce and there was more on the sandwich wrappers than in the 2 packs given for 4 sandwiches.next time I will pick a different place to eat since they are understaffed or undertrained.orderDT366 time12:55pm
