If there was an option for 0 stars, that's what I would have selected. Ordered Nasi Goreng today only to get it salty and burnt. When asked all I got was this is how we have cooking it for 15 years and the rudeness in the lady's face along with the statement "People in this locality like it salty and that I should have told them if I need less salt". After insisting that it's not acceptable, they made me another one with chicken half cooked. I didn't have it in me for another battle. So after spending $17 on one dish, I had to go find somewhere else to eat. Thanks Noodle World.

I Recommend dont visit this place if you have a good appetite hunger for Good Noodles, we came all the way from Healsville and found absolute dissappointment, noodles were not fresh, so bland in taste, veggies are not even cooked properly, chicken was full of Dry & tasteless. Very Bad experience. AWFUL NOODLES.

The food here at eltham noodle world is absolutely amazing you are spoilt for choice the food is super tasty and will leave your mouth salivating and wanting more set in the heart of eltham mall the staff are friendly and will greet you with a warm smile and a friendly hello so come on down and see for yourself I highly recommend you try Malay Mee Goreng with rice 😋

This place is just awful or should I say the ladies attitude on the phone. Our food finally arrived with Uber Eats after nearly 2 hours. When I phoned up, today at around about 8.33 pm I was met with the most hostile lady. She was both rude, unhelpful and put the phone down on me. All I asked was.."where is the food"? She had such an attitude and proceeded to basically tell me that I could take it up with uber and put the phone down on me. I asked to speak with the manger and she told me..."like there is no manager here..I don't have someone above me and they would tell you the same thing anyways"....yes this is how she talked to me...absolutely awful at her job. She should be sacked on the spot. So, I will never order from this place again. Yes the food turned up and it was okay...not brilliant but given the way she dealt with us forget it. First and last time we will ever order from this place again. No manager, no people skills and certainly unprofessional in terms of attitude. We never ate the food as we were so worried about the way in which the lady on the phone dealt with us we were very concerned about her tampering with it...in the bin it went!

Love Noodle world and have been a customer for years but so frustrated that their opening hours aren’t consistent. Their hours change each week, you plan your night according to their hours only to find that they change them last minute. They must change their hours on Uber eats too. Why would you close before 6.30pm on a Friday night?

I ordered 2 serves of Mongolian Beef Noodles around 6.45pm - 7.00pm 29/11/17. Cost $24.00. When the meals were ready, the girl put both noodle boxes together into a small plastic bag with chopsticks. She went to hand the bag to me but before I took hold of it, whether it was hot & she burnt herself or whatever reason, she let it go. It fell direct to the floor & burst open. I said to her I never had ahold of it. She looked at me and said directly to me, don’t worry we will make a fresh lot. I don’t know what was said by the Asian cook, but it was obvious that he disagreed. Picked up the bag, left the spilled contents on the floor in front of his shop and took the staff girl and remaining noodles in the bag out to the the rear of his shop. 5 minutes later he reappeared with 2 plastic bowls with lids on in a bigger bag which he tied in a knot & handed to me. Not fresh noodles only what was left from the original serves. Poor girl looked at me & tried to reassure me that they had only put the good in damaged servings of both boxes in the bowls. SAY WHAT? The health department needs to shut this guy down. If that happened in full view of the general public what happens behind the scenes?
