Atmosphere was very relaxed and not very crowded. The table and floor was very clean not like other outlet that full of mess. The ice chocolate was very surprise me because in the city outlet was taste weird. I paid same price but elstrrnwick outlet serve beverage was taste good with the cream on top😊😊😊

Every single time I order at this McDonalds’, I have to check the bag for the freshness of the fries, and whether they got my order correct. Ordered from this location recently through a delivery service as I had guests visiting, only for them to get my drink incorrect. Gave them too many chances to prove me wrong and get a whole order correct just once. I won’t be ordering here again. To top it off, the phone line attached to this McDonalds’ doesn’t ring through, it says the mailbox is full, and then hangs up. Please improve your service so no one else experiences frustration like I have while dealing with your location.

they had like 8 people in the back kitchen and 6 in the front all of them are high school kids but they work so slow and in an disorganized way, its like they are working slow on purpose cause they want customers to stop coming. I don't get the point of going to a fast food restaurant that have more than enough staff on shift but still end up getting your order served after 20 minutes. Maybe you should change your restaurant name to McSLOWnLAZY.

OPEN 24 HOURS OR 23 OR LESS, WELL IT DEPENDS ON ITS STAFF REALLY! You can't call yourself a 24 hours restaurant if you can't cook an order despite ordering on maccas app 10 mins prior to arriving at the restaurant and then getting informed by your staff that your system has been reset, and that you're not taking orders right now. Is that system cooking orders too? You can't do this to hungry customers driving late night to you assuming it's a 24 hours restaurant. Kindly train your staff and don't accept app orders if your so called system is getting reset.

I stopped in on my way home for something quick and easy after a long drive home. The app was rejecting my payment, the first person I spoke to said she didn't know anything about the app and to ask a girl next to her. This girl was on McCafe and completely ignored me. I ended up using the self service machine to complete the order. Food was not as good as other stores. The burger looked like it had been thrown into the box or they dropped it. Toilets were absolutely filthy and disgusting.
