This place used to be 👎 but now it’s 👍 seems they got new management or staff or both. The lady always working, Margie is amazing, friendly and always remembers my order when I visit, it’s because of her that I started coming back to this place!

I'm so excited to have found a Gloria Jean's. It's always been my favorite coffee place: tasty and not burnt. The size you get for the price is awesome, compared to other coffees places!

I wanted iced coffee but they had no ice machine wasn't working. I've been there a couple of times the coffee's good the service is great it was nice to sit out with a friend in the sunshine.

Good coffee. Recently reopened as Gloria Jeans. Coffee is good. Atmosphere is a little sleepy inside. Not much space to sit, they should reduce the size of the large coffee bar in favor of more seating. Good spot to pick up coffee on the go, less so if you're looking for a good spot to sit and sip coffee, work, etc.

Great Friendly Location. Seems to be under new op. Management. Had a great talk with one of the New Managers Lauren. Her and her Mom just took over. Great coffee not bitter,. Great service. Lauren definitely new her coffee she helped me to make a great selection. The Mango Coolata. Outstanding.

Amazing drinks. Friend had a GIANT ice cream coffee drink and was super delicious. I had cafe Americano and was nutty, rich and creamy. Very pleasant staff. Definitely will return.

Quaint, comfortable location in downtown Elmhurst. Great place for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee. House flavors are excellent and staff is always friendly.

Each stop I've made to this Gloria Jean's has been extremely satisfying. Just look at that latte I got! They get it perfect every time.
