Iâm writing this review when traveling in Turkiye and missing great Asian food in NYC.
I was introduced to this by a Malaysian friend and It was my first time trying Malaysian food so I donât have anything to compare with but I am a foodie and I know when the food is good. Ever
The lamb rendang was fatty and boney, but the beef rendang was amazing. 10/10. I got alot of food and the bill was very cheap. Everything is shareable portions. I highly recommend people to come and try everything on the menu. The lychee juice was surprisingly amazing as well.

This little gem really brings me back to Malaysia vibe. I highly recommend the â fantastic foursâ it integrates bean, eggplant, okra (forget the last one lol) with very rich and tasty sauce!!!!!
Everything on the menu here is SO tasty. The "spicy" dishes aren't actually that spicy - you can taste the spice, but it's part of the flavors of the dish, not just spicy for the sake of being spicy. Pretty decent portion sizes as well. Pictures on the wall are very helpful when looking at the menu

My family has been coming to Taste Good for years and years now and time and time again they deliver on the food. The restaurant certainly has âhole in the wallâ vibes but that is simply an indicator of how delicious the food tastes. My favorites are the roti and sate skewers! Highly highly recommen
Outstanding food and great service! Prices also very reasonable. I recommend the clams with golden aromatic flavor and house tofu dishes. Also try the fish head soup or assam laksa and any vegetable with belacan.

Delicious extremely flavorful. Some whole like to eat light might not echoey all the spices they add. Otherwise very authentic Malaysian cuisine at fair price. Place gets busy so order in advance!
I havenât been there in years since the pandemic started and today was a first time back and happy to say everything remain unchanged. Looks can be deceiving, outside not much of a store front however this mom and pop shop has been a Elmhurst mainstay for many years.

Good Malaysian food , their chicken is probably the best seller. Been consistent taste for the last 10+ years that I've been going.
Nice place! I got the chicken and pork satay skewers, which come with a good peanut sauce. They also serve you free tea. I hope to return to try other dishes.
