Update: On my most recent visit, November 2023, after hours...
Food is still awesome, great flavor.
However, the service was horrendous. The waitress was most unwelcoming. Mind you, I used to spend many, many hours and dollars at this place. Perhaps, they have a new management where they DON'T want you to spend time here. Extremely disappointed.
(2019)I was there for a private event. The host and servers were excellent. The food are all tasty!

Great food, and pretty reasonable prices! The northern Thai dishes were great to see on the menu, since it’s generally hard to find northern food in the city. The Tum Kha-Nun was very unique, and I would highly recommend anything from the northern Thai section. Everything tasted great, and the waitress was very kind. I would definitely come again!

This place is low key THE BEST and most authentic thai resto in the entirety of nyc period. i don't understand why it has not gone viral yet. anyway, i went with 2 other friends and ordered literally everything. most importantly, the price is affordable as well. we ordered 6-7 dishes with some drinks and they were only $100!

🎈pad thai: basic but this is the true flavor
🎈braised pork basil: my fav
🎈northern style spicy minced pork: this dish is new to me and the flavors kick
🎈spicy pork rib soup
🎈egg noodle w crab meat: simple but full of flavors
🎈grilled brisket: a bit too dry

I had green curry lunch special and two different cocktails. The meal seemed a bit little at first but it turned out to be proper amount at the end. Cocktails were good and they were cost-efficient also. The only downside for me was that the shop was too hot for me. I hope they cranked their AC up several notches.
