I always stop here , they make a great brisket sandwich. Bill, Sherri, and Ang do a good job on my sandwich. Thanks guys. I like my brisket with bacon and peppers and it makes my nice killer sandwich. I have never been disappointed. Place is clean. Its not your typical sub-shop, they are good at followups to make sure it turn out the way you want it.

The subs are delicious. I may have gotten a rotten employee when I went, as I was left with the impression that I was bothering the employee by placing an order for two subs. It appeared as though a large order was placed before mine, but that still isn't an excuse to not be friendly. Subs left a great taste in my mouth, the customer service -- not so much.

Whoever the older lady was working lunch today needs to be removed. You do not reprimand and talk down to your employees in front of customers. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for my order because the staff didn't know what to do or seemed to nervous to do their job around you. Love the food but slow service and condescending behavior to your employees makes for an uncomfortable guest experience.

Took my wife here for a lunch, she gets a half hour. There were 4 employees there, but two went in back to hide instead of making our order quicker. Instead, we waited behind another big complicated order and it took over 20 minutes to get our order. Simply unacceptable! On top of that, my wife ordered no onions or tomatoes, but both still ended up on the sandwich.

Verry horrible place theirs a older woman maybe pushing late 50 white hair. One she's rude as all can be.2 does not listen and give a verry big attitude.3 messes up the order does not ask if u have got a combo or a medium sandwich.just verry unprofessional and I'll continue to go back to cousins subs .and tomorrow I'm calling asking for a refund

Was a absolutely incredible experience, clean, well organized, and an overall professional environment.
Deion was the highlight of my day, this sandwich artist takes his job seriously. I will definitely drive out of my way to come here again.
I will recommend this to those who enjoy great food and top tier service.

Wonderful staff. The manager was amazing, and the young girls working were super sweet. There was an extremely disrespectful customer in the store at the same time I was, and every single one of them handled her and the situation very respectfully and gracefully. The food is fantastic (even when I order delivery) and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Had a fantastic experience here! I ordered online for curbside pick up. The staff came out without me having to call and had my food ready super quickly! I spoke to two different employees and both were incredibly nice and personable! Could not recommend this place more!
