The girls who work here are top notch and the food is fresh but the owner is as rude as rude can be. He yelled at us in our business about being parked near his back door entrance when it was not even us. He is very unprofessional and we will never give him our business again. He lost alot of customers for this and his actions. I will also be talking to corporate about how he treats people. You can not be a business owner and think its ok to talk to people like that.

I just went into subway bought a footlong sub chicken ranch I'm stuck at work till ten pm I call the manager Victoria told her that her chicken had muscle inside of the chicken were I almost chocked and my hole sandwich was soaking wet she told me she was closing at eight and I had to hold on to my sandwich till next day to prove to her it wasn't rite I asked her to refund my credit card she refused subway is a joke just so you know there are over twenty five employee who have seen your sandwich and none of them are going to subway ever again due to your non empathy just so you know and horrible customer service you should be fired customers are always right

I purchased 40 lunch boxes today for a large group of hungry teenagers. Service was fantastic; the employees were very pleasant both when I ordered and when I picked up, and they could not have made it any easier for us. The kids were thrilled with their lunches; everyone got exactly what they wanted and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. I will absolutely be doing this again!

I used to come to this establishment three to four times a week until tonight. The two girls working behind the counter burnt a pizza that I was going to purchase for my two year old. I asked nicely if they could redo it because I knew that she wouldn't eat it with burnt cheese. Instead of creating a fresh pizza they scraped all the cheese and sauce off of the old pizza and asked if it was okay if they microwaved the new cheese to melt it. I paid for the pizza and as I was exiting both the employees sarcastically told me to have a nice day. On the way home I decided it just wasn't right how I was treated, took the unopened pizza back and asked for a refund. They told me the boss refused to allow refunds and would not give money back. Fine I'll eat the cost but won't be eating there again.

They handled "National Sandwich Day " with grace and patience. None of the young ladies working that night showed any sign of stress even as the line went out the door. They waited on each customer with a smile and kept the wait as short as they could. They were efficient and as far as I could tell mistake free. Really a great job by the whole team.

If I could give this place a 0 star I certainly would. I don't normally do reviews but after 3 flippin times of subway screwing up my orders I felt I needed to write this review. I used the subway app to place my order. 3 times they didn't have all of my order together & I had to go back to get the missing items. Also they didn't give me what I ordered (wrong kind of bread for my sub). I am so done with that place. I'll take my business to the subway in Harmony (outside of Zelienople). This place (ellwood location) obviously doesn't care about the customer.

I eat lunch here two or three times a week. The staff is friendly and personable and if you have a regular order they take pride in trying to memorize all of the toppings. Even when there's a big lunch rush they work to get it cleared as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.

Stopped in this location this morning. Friendly staff, great sandwich. One small negative, the music on the overheard speaker's was blasting pretty loud. So that was a bit unpleasant. I know I could have simply asked to turn it down and I'm sure they would have. 4 stars
