Yellow Jacket Hot Dogs

This was my first time visiting this establishment. For me, I didn't like the fries and their hotdogs are really no better than Checkers. The chili however, is better than Checkers. The prices are rather high as I paid almost $10 for 2 chili dogs, fries and a soda. I read some good reviews but doubt very seriously if I will return.

Two times in a row we stand in line, order our food, the cashier repeats our order but when I got home it was totally wrong. When u order a chili cheeseburger all the way no tomato and you get it and it has onions and pickels and tomato. Two chili cheese dogs with slaw, put onions and chili, no cheese. Every time we go there it's something. I'm done with yellow jacket. Well the owner of Yellow Jacket Hotdogs to charge and done the right thing. He stepped up and made sure we were satisfied at no charge. I would like to say that our food was very good and after the effort from this man (Adam) I will return to this restaurant many times. Thank you Adam for caring about your customers. Great job Sir.

I ask could I change my fires to onion rings and they told me no or I could get back in a long line and pay for some rings. that was so crazy to me. they food is not that good for them to treat there customer like that. I spent over 15.00 dollars for a burger, fire, hotdog and a drink. that's a lot of money to be treated like dirt. When you get bad service it affects how the food taste to me.
