Don Patron Mexican Grill

Wow! Just wow! Found this gem in the middle of these mountains and I’m so impressed! The Pina Loca was a first for me and OMG cooked to perfection!!! Plus they have the Clase Azul Plata! Smooth and not too pricy, not the best but definitely worth a shot 😉 the salsa was excellent with a good kick but not too much! Highly recommended this place and I’ll definitely do an hour out of my way to eat here again! Dinner, 4 shots, and tall draft = $55+tip not bad!

We've been to the Elkins Don Patrons twice now. Both times the food has been good but the service has been terrible. There have been errors with our orders, and, on the last visit, our server checked on us about 4 times in two hours. It took us over an hour to get our food. If you're busy and there is a wait that's fine, but in that case your server should be checking in on you.

After sitting there for over an hour waiting on our food order, it was brought the sizzling fajita plate was ice cold, the 3 chicken tacos were beef tacos, and the quesadilla was also cold. After letting the person who was not our waiter that brought our food out. We went to the front to pay for our drinks, and was asked by the manager if we ate the cheese dip. We had not seen our waiter in over 30 mins, but when we went to the front he magically appeared. This was a business we frequently visited and ate at often . They have lost our business after tonight.
