Annie's Burgertown

Great place to stop and get some refreshing beverages and burgers ok a warm day. They have relatively low prices for beverages but there foods a little high. The customer service was exceptional lady was very nice and always smiled. The reason it was brought down to 3 for me is because of the pricier food and that it's more of a summer spot to hang out.

Oh man, this place is fantastic!! If you're anywhere near here or even hours away, it's worth visiting. From the homemade root-beer to the burgers, shakes, fries and more, most are made in house and it shows! Staff are very courteous and helpful. Will be coming back here any chance I can. Don't hesitate.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! My daughter and I went to Annie’s last night for dinner around 5:20. When we pulled in there were only three cars in the parking lot. One had a few teenagers just having milkshakes. The other car was across from ours and they had the server come out to them right after we parked. She talked to them some and I am assuming dealt with their payment. She never looked our direction and went back inside. Not even coming over to greet us???? The car across from us left and as the minutes ticked by I could see her just leaning over the counter and talking to other staff. Another 3 minutes went by and then a new car(truck actually) pulled in across from us. They sat there for a few minutes and then the server came out and went to them!!!! Still not even a greeting from her at this point! AFTER she went back inside with their order she FINALLY came out to our car. At this point it had been almost 15 minutes of sitting there and seething with rage!!!! We both ordered burger baskets and a milkshake and we have no complaints about the food at all. I have been coming to Annie’s since the early ‘80s and NEVER been treated so irresponsibly by a server!!! Common sense hospitality/food service workers are always trained to acknowledge and greet the guest asap EVEN if you are busy! I sincerely hope you retrain the server (she never gave me her name but she was working at 5:30 on 4/7/22 and had on a white hooded sweatshirt with gray sweatpants and had a long dark ponytail)

I was at a golf outting this past week and Annie's Burgertown provided the desserts. I never tasted such a great piece of white cake in my life!! It was so light and tastey!! Thank God I have a birthday coming up. Perfect excuse to order more of that cake! 😍 i can't wait to go to their drive in now. I never knew this place existed. What a gem.
