Reviews of Domino's Pizza

We ordered a 14" Hand Tossed Philly Steak pizza on carry out order. We got back to the house to find out that it was not a hand tossed crust but a thin crust. We called the store and spent 15min cycling through the adds waiting for the phone to get picked up. While waiting on that phone we called on another phone through the order option and got someone that was working remote ordering. They said that there was nothing they could do but would transfer us to the store. We waited another 20min on that phone a long with staying on the first phone also. We decided to while remaining on both phones waiting to answer the phones to drive back to the store. They said sorry that they would remake the pizza and refund the order. While in there I noticed the phones were all unplugged (see attached files). Then they handed our new pizza to a different person and had to catch them and get them the proper one. We did confront them about the phones and the crust and it is all on video.

As I sit here waiting for my pizza STILL after an hour and 45 min. I am very upset that I paid for it ahead of time. That wont be happening again!!!! It would have been cancelled by now. Tips will be given AFTER iI get it too!! This is not good business. They should have told me it was 2 hours out.

We used to eat Domino's Pizza on the regular. I have been dissapointed for the past year with the quality of this pizza. I think they are trying to get on the Papa Murphys train, by giving you food that still needs to be cooked. We call and complain, and get a $15 credit to get more undercooked pizza.

Ive ordered from this place several times over the years. However, since 2019 the quality and service has significantly gone downhill. Things such as undercooked food, undelivered orders, incorrect orders and opening a box to find a mess as if something was tossed in have been more frequent. We've tried to be understanding as I know that it has been hard for food delivery businesses. My most recent order was the last straw. I ordered a pizza on mon 12/27 at 7pm. Est delivery was 45ish minutes. After an hour went by I checked the tracking app which showed it had not even been cooked yet. I tried to call the restaurant several times and no one answered. 85 minutes after the pizza was ordered it was delivered, COLD. I filed a complaint with dominoes. No one contacted me, so I filed another complaint. Still no contact or attempt to reconcile this. If this was the first time I would give them another chance, but this is the norm for this branch. There are too many other, reliable and quality, pizza options in Elk River. Would not recommend ordering from this business.
