Burger King

Ordered spicy chicken burger and a veggie burger. Absolutely horrible, burnt and stale patties. Chicken burger patty was harder than a stone to chew. It was fried then probably kept in some oven warmer and after placing the order microwaved making it the worst ever burger Anyone could have ever eaten in life. After 2 bites had to throw the entire food. Just dont go to this location or just stay away from BK altogether.

As a delivery food driver this location is absolutely the WORSE by far. The wait time is up to 30 minutes for FAST FOOD. For it to be in Elk Grove they have the ghetto cashiers/cooks who don't seem to care about their online diners. They do not start the order until after you have arrived. No problem right? Fresh Food ok....BUT ....why then 30 minutes for 2 whopper meals.? Because they take care of only the drive thru customers. There is no one at the registers taking order for dine in or pick up. The black manager does not push their employees to work fast. They mosey around on their phones and talk among each other. We make your location profits. Show some respect. Bag the food properly do you realize that we have to put food outside diners doors? Why the paper bag and not a plastic sack? Well this my friends is why your food is never on time or fresh!

I had a to go order and my whole order was wrong we ordered four Whoppers and four chicken sandwiches all the Whoppers had onions on them and pickles which were they weren't supposed to have and when I told her about the chicken sandwiches they were burnt she said oh that's because the oil needs to be changed iwe did t this morning will replace the Whoppers but not the chicken sandwiches. They shouldn't have been selling sandwiches that's out of the deep fryer of the oil is old that they could prevent that. Update went back yesterday it still sucks. They got our whole order wrong.

I have and will always go to BK. This locations service is up and down. Today my two Large sodas are 70% filled. Two napkins in the bag for two whoppers meals and chicken fingers. I took the drinks back up to the counter to show them and a person question another about them not being filled all the way. The person just said yes and the other person whom may of been a manager said sorry and took care of it. Also my receipt is faded in the middle to where I could not fill out the survey. Previously on my last visit, ordered the same thing with extra pickles and got none instead. The workers these days are lacking of motivation anywhere in general. Gladly my burger was intact as i wanted it though.

The location closest to me is closed so I have to come to this one despite every time I've been to this one recently at least one thing with my order has been messed up. How can you screw up two large cokes in a row? First time diet coke and vanilla coke, next time diet coke and tea? I'm so annoyed with this service, I will not be getting Burger King until the other one opens again.
