Does Mc D's care about their customers service anymore ? They get my order wrong and no apologies. No sorry let me make it right for you sir. As if I did something wrong. Not only this place but all Mc D's. I asked for no onion on my burger they simply pulled them out. After handing it to 2 people. Does this bigmac look edible? Or like the picture they advertise?

Very disappointed!! Drive through & ordered 20 piece nuggets And some fries. I only like hot mustard dipping sauce, asked for extra. After all shouldn’t I get two with each 10 piece? Drove home, my bad didn’t check on sauce. I had two bbq sauces & no hot mustard. I couldn’t even eat the nuggets. I live 30 minutes away or would have gone back.

The drive through line very long. Went inside to order and it took about 5 minutes for someone to come to the register and take order. Not even greeted. Their focus was the drive through and not the customers inside. The dining room was dirty, tables had not been cleaned. I had to clean the table we sat down to eat.

Am not exactly sure what is going on with this McDonald’s but over the past few months the customer service has become nothing but rude from the way they speak to you it might as well be on the street just rude and totally unprofessional. Now as to the food the quality as become non existent it’s either cold or undercooked it’s just horrible. Am so glad there’s another location just up the block cause am done with this one.

I mean it was mcdonalds but we ordered a hot fudge Sundae and a McFlurry. Both were mid but the ice cream wasn't very good. I think their ice cream machine is broken and if it isn't it should be. They need krispier chicken nuggets too.

Its like no one here values their job. Just got rudeness from BOTH windows. I didnt get all the food i paid for . Was argued with over Sauces i didn’t get! Im done with this location its the absolute worst. Im not hard to please just be freaking nice! Do your JOB! Check the bags!!!!! F this place

Mac Donald is Mac Donald, this one has good service however the location make it hard to get out during busy hour.

Food usually good & hot. Always VERY busy with long lines. The fish sandwich had a nickel size sauce... Lines move pretty quickly.
