The service is okay and the food could either be a hit or miss, but usually it's good. I love the taste of the chicken teriyaki, but the girls sometimes forget to give you more than one little cup to pour over your food. The noodles are great, pretty thick; and I wish there was another option besides white rice, but that's how it goes .. I've been here twice already.

Been coming here when wanting sushi and quick bites, but noticed price has gone up and up. Quality and portion sizes has gone down a bit. So it's no longer "good" for me but "okay" when asks by friends. it's "Aight", for quick bites if you got the $ to spend. Otherwise looks elsewhere for same price for better quality and portion sizes.

When I called to place the order, the girl on the phone wasn't exactly rude, but a bit abrupt, definitely not polite. This might be somewhat understandable if they were busy, but when I got there they weren't at all. I was able to pick up my food and pay quickly, although I think I got charged a bit more than their web site said.
The chicken was okay and a good sized portion, but not cooked as nicely as their location on 21st Street. I agree with other reviews that they don't give you enough sauce - I got the teriyaki plate and one cup of sauce really isn't enough. The salad is just sad, honestly mostly just iceberg lettuce. I'd been hoping for decent steamed veggies that come with the plate, and although the flavor was good, it was mostly just cabbage. I'd been hoping to at least have some broccoli with it.
I wouldn't say I won't go back here again, but it probably won't be my first choice.

This place is OK. Not very good customer service though. The food is good but they are EXTREMELY stingey and selfish with the sauce. They give you the smallest little tiniest cups halfway filled with sauce. When you go to ask for more sauce they give you the biggest attitude and will give you only one or two more tiny cups LOL. For the high cost and OK quality of the food, sauce should not be an issue. Dine-in is self-serve and not good atmosphere. But for take-out it’s good if you get ample sauce. Without the teriyaki sauce the food is pretty much tasteless IMO. If you get food with delivery service don’t expect sauce at all LOL. It’s all about the sauce right? Go to the midtown I love teriyaki. They have big bottles of sauce right there on the tables and they serve you with very friendly people and atmosphere. Better food quality as well!

Their customer service is so poor here. I literally waited almost an hour for a plate of noodles 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ how insane is that?! The people who ordered after me, still got their food first. And when I asked if my order was ready. The girl was like, "Oh, what kind of meat did u have in the noodle plate?" I told her beef. The girl said, "oh, the beef takes a longer time to cook, so they are still cooking it". Last time I checked, you can eat beef RAW. Also, no. Beef does not take long to cook. Even then, if I was to tell her whatever meat I had, the answer would still be the same, "It takes a longer time to cook". As I observed to see if the kitchen brought out any more food to the front, which they didnt. My plate was waiting on the counter the whole time in front of the girl that I jus got done talking with. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ People here only cares for the money. Very poor customer service. This has happened twice already!

I def do love teriyaki! I used to work at a sushi place back in the day and the food here hits that sentimental spot that makes me happy.
Specifically the Cali rolls here are EXACTLY how I like: they're made with Kani salad with a little mayo before they're rolled up with avocado. Some places make Cali rolls with just the fake kani stick and that's not my jam.
The gyoza here is perfect too. And I love their gyoza sauce. Even when I door dash from several zip codes away, they still arrive crunchy! The amount of filling in them is perfect.
Hubby tried the spicy Thai chicken last time and he was really pleased with the amount of spiciness. Some places you can barely taste any spice, but this dish was an enjoyable level of spiciness without being torturous.
I'm picky with my cuts of chicken and the pieces here are never weird.
I will say their chicken can be in the dry side sometimes, but I actually prefer that.
This is my go to fave teriyaki joint. 👍👍

They should be ashamed of themselves, I ordered a teriyaki plate and 1 there was no sauce on my chicken and 2 they only gave me a little cup and I mean little cup of sauce. When I asked for more they said it was .50 cents for more. Which normally ok no problem but if you seen the size you would agree not worth it, I should have just asked for my money back. Never again
